 |
Five significant orders for buses were placed on PRV by Tehran's municipal transport organisation. The final sets were built on Daimler Fleetline chassis between 1973-4 but the first & second sets were built on AEC Regent V chassis in 1958 and between April 1966 & December 1967 (Body Nos. B53947-54146). Detailed photographs were taken of one of the units from the second set during its construction and these are detailed below.
